These terms govern use of Towers at https://towers.ms/, provided by:
Digital Source Marcin Sadowski ul. Radziwie 3/67, 01-164 Warszawa NIP 499 037 05 30 contact@towers.msTowers is a free, browser-based multiplayer strategy game. No availability is promised, and the service may change or stop at any time.
An account is optional: the game can be played as a guest. Creating an account needs a working e-mail address, which has to be confirmed by a code sent to it, unless you sign in with Google, in which case Google's own confirmation of the address stands in its place. One person may hold one account. Keep your password to yourself.
An account nickname is unique. Guests can choose a nickname without reserving it. The players at your table see the nickname you use. A name that impersonates someone, advertises something, or is abusive may be reclaimed or changed.
Do not cheat or use automated play in place of a person. Do not attack the service or other players' accounts. Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours. Do not use the game to distribute anything unlawful.
Every finished match is stored and can be watched back through a link by a signed-in player. By playing, you accept that your nickname, colour and moves are part of that recording.
Open your profile with the edit icon beside your nickname on the main screen and choose Delete account. A six-digit code sent to your account e-mail address confirms the deletion. Deletion cannot be undone. It removes your account, sessions and friendships; shared match records remain as described in the Privacy Policy. See the deletion instructions for details.
An account may be suspended or removed for breaking these terms, and the service may be withdrawn from anyone doing so.
The game is provided as it is, with no warranty. Liability is limited to what Polish law does not allow to be excluded, and nothing here limits liability for intentional harm.
Our Privacy Policy describes what we process and why, and forms part of these terms.
These terms may change. A change carries a new date and version, and continued use after one requires accepting it, which the game asks for the next time you sign in.
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction over the provider's seat, except where consumer law gives a consumer a different court.
