Towers accounts can be deleted from inside the game, by their owner, without asking anyone. This page exists so the instructions are readable without installing anything, and it is the address given to Google Play as the app's data deletion page.
The code is good for fifteen minutes and can be used once. As soon as it is accepted the deletion happens, and there is no way to undo it.
Being signed in is not enough on its own, deliberately: a signed-in session is what gets left behind on a borrowed or stolen device, and this is the one action nobody can reverse for you. It also means the confirmation works the same way whether you sign in with a password or with Google.
The nickname becomes free for anyone to take, immediately.
Finished matches are kept, with your seat detached from the deleted account. A match is a shared record of something several people did together, and a replay other players can still watch is not one account's to erase. The seat retains the colour and display name from the day it was played; deleting the account does not remove that display name from existing recordings.
Server logs are kept for as long as the hosting provider retains them, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion needs both a signed-in session and the code from the account's own inbox, so it cannot be done without access to either. If you have lost the password, use the password reset in the game first. If you have lost the e-mail address itself, write to contact@towers.ms and we will work out another way to establish that the account is yours.
